Jason Power

Armed with over 20 years of experience in the industry, our principal therapist, Jason is constantly active in the health, fitness and education industries. These outlets are where he shares his knowledge and refines his skills and experience. Jason provides clients with the highest level of professional care in the swiftest fashion, whilst constantly ushering in the next generation of therapists by facilitating their time in the clinic and educating them in the ways of applying their knowledge.

Jason is an active member of Sports Medicine Australia (SMA), as a Physiotherapy Representative; he has Bachelor’s Degrees in 3 disciplines (Applied Science in Physiotherapy, Education & Physical Education) & a Masters of Sports Medicine. In addition to these degrees, Jason has further delved into extensive areas of the health industry, being also qualified as a:

  • Kinesio Taping Practitioner
  • Craniosacral Specialist
  • Integrated Systems Model Therapist
  • Associate Clinical Educator at the School of Physiotherapy (USYD)
  • Lecturer at Sydney Physiotherapy (ACU)

Interests:
Running (Bay Time (~7km) Personal Best: 28 minutes, 17 seconds), a well structured Burger, footy, cricket & anyone who’s willing to share a laugh!

Jason can be found running the bay or casually destroying a workout at OrangeTheory; otherwise, during his time in the clinic, you can find him telling you to “stay long, stay light & stay loose”, whilst managing to put a smile on everyone’s face with his humour and advice, which gets everyone up and moving the best they’ve moved in a long time!
