Manufactured in Australia using the same technological innovations used to develop mediBall Pro®, we have thickened the skin and weighted the plastic to produce a high rebound ball and a very dynamic training environment.

Conveniently air-filled, you can increase or decrease the 'bounce-factor' by inflating or deflating the ball. AOK health manufactures Live Medicine Balls in 6 sizes, 1 to 6kg, thus allowing you to vary weights of the balls for optimal sets, reps and recovery.

Medicine Ball training can be made even more challenging by adding unstable training tools such as mediBall® and/or duraDisc.

superGrip

Developed at AOK Health's R & D centre, the superGrip Live Medicine Ball's textured surface provides greater grip than other Medicine Balls - ideal for throwing and catching training. At 250mm in diameter the ball comes in 3, 4 & 5kg sizes.
